Laser skin resurfacing works by removing the outer layers of damaged skin through the laser beam. Fine lines and wrinkles around the mouth and eyes are smoothed and deep creases and frown lines will be softened and acne scars minimised.

What is the recovery period ?

There is generally a short recovery time after laser skin resurfacing. The healing occurs in the first couple of weeks when you are encouraged to keep the skin moist. The initial redness fades in a few weeks to a light pink, which can be covered up with make-up. This disappears after 3 months.

After a few weeks you will look well rested and refreshed.
